Job description:

Ensure all laws and company regulations are complied with
Ensuring quality & K3L objectives of the batching plant are created and implemented
Received a mandate from the company to manage the batching plant
Delivering mortar to customers, according to agreed contracts and technical specifications
Responsible for planning production, workforce development, process improvement, delivery/distribution, and quality work in batching plants

Qualification:

Maximum age of 40 years physically and mentally healthy
Minimum education D3/S1 Civil Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
Honest, loyal, have integrity and able to work as a team
Have work experience as Ka.Plant Batching Plant and 5 years at managerial level and 5 years for project work (buildings, dams, roads, toll roads, precast)
Can make RAB and work plans as well as project progress

Job description:

Perform data on the completeness of vehicle documents and permits (STNK, BPKB, KIR) as a whole and overall operational activities
Ensuring the vehicle registration process at the Ministry of Transportation runs well (vehicle type test)
Coordinate with mechanics to ensure the fleet and equipment machines function properly
Establish relationships with external parties of the Company and government agencies

Qualification:

Maximum age 45 years
Minimum education D3 all majors (preferably graduates from Mechanical Engineering/Industry/Transportation Management)
Understanding fleet types, vehicle tax renewal process, KIR
Minimum 2 years experience in Operational/Administration position
Accustomed to taking care of legality or company permits
Mastering operational administration management
