#LifeAtFarrasindo Mini Soccer HO: Staying Fit, Building Togetherness In an effort to create a healthy work environment and strengthen relationships among employees, Farrasindo Group held a mini soccer activity joined by everyone at the Head Office. The activity took place at Westing Arena Mini Soccer, West Jakarta, and became a moment full of enthusiasm as well as togetherness. This mini soccer activity was joined by various parts of the Head Office, from employees, crew, mechanics, logistics, to pickers (warehouse). Although coming from different divisions, all participants blended together in a relaxed and sportsmanlike atmosphere. This activity became an opportunity to get to know each other better outside of daily work routines. Participants' Enthusiasm Brings New Spirit Besides being a means of exercise, mini soccer also became a space for employees to relieve stress after work. The laughter, spirit, and teamwork built during the match proved that togetherness can be created not only within the work environment. One of the participants, Bagus, shared his enthusiasm about the activity. "Having this mini soccer activity is really fun. Every division that joined was also very enthusiastic. Besides being able to relieve stress after work, this activity also makes relationships between divisions more solid. Hopefully more people can join in the future." Seeing the enthusiasm of the participants, it is hoped that this mini soccer activity can become the beginning of various other togetherness activities. Going forward, mini soccer is planned to become a regularly held agenda as one of the company's efforts to support a healthy lifestyle while strengthening relationships among employees.
