Their Experience: From Intern To Employee One of them is Fatimah, who now serves as Operational Admin. During her six-month internship, from November 2025 to May 2026, Fatimah gained a new experience as it was her first time entering the construction industry. "During my internship, I entered the construction world for the first time. I recently visited a project site and the plant. I thought it was quite fascinating and it was my first experience seeing places in the construction field like this firsthand," said Fatimah. A similar experience was felt by Fathur, who now joins as Marketing Communication after completing his internship from June to December. Coming from a background with no understanding of the construction world, Fathur admitted that his internship period became a very valuable learning process. "Interning at Farrasindo was really fun. I entered the construction world without understanding anything at all, but here we can learn from scratch until we truly understand. For me, that's a very meaningful experience," said Fathur. Meanwhile, Zahra, who now works as Purchasing, also felt the benefits during her six-month internship, from November 2025 to May 2026. In addition to gaining new knowledge, she also had the opportunity to build relationships. "During my internship here, I gained a lot of knowledge, especially in the purchasing field. I also got to have many connections outside the company. What I liked most is that the employees here are fun and the environment is very supportive," said Zahra.
