BLEND

The Type Mobile Batching Plant made in Italy which is set on a Truck has Hoper natural materials, cement, water and admixtures. For the use of materials, everything is measured according to the mix design. Sand and splits are measured with a volumetric continuous belt conveyor, cement is weighed with a Loadcell, water and add-mixture are measured with a flowmeter according to the quality of the Mixdesign. The loading process has also been automated by computerized according to the inputted Mixdesign composition. With BLEND, it has a Dual System Dry Mix and Wetmix which is very reliable for various types of projects. BLEND is also very suitable for sporadic casting that moves a lot because in a short time it can move from place to place.
